Shipping and Returns

What are the shipping times?

Packages are usually shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment and sent by courier with inspection and delivery without signature.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, you will be sent a link to check the route of your package online.

N.B. For urgent shipments departing the following day, the order must be placed by 12:00 noon.

Yes, shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order.
We recommend that you group your items into one order.
We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
Your package will be sent under your own responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized, and your items are well protected.

Return and return of order

In the event that one or more of our products is found to be defective, malfunctioning or not as described, it can be returned within 10 days from the day of receipt, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
Since this is technical material, we invite you to produce documentation (photos/videos) to ascertain that the malfunction is objective and does not depend on a technical error.

Are they Chinese LEDs?

Yes, 95% of LEDs are produced in China.

What kind of lens do they have?

In LEDs, the lens opens to 120°.
In most of our LEDs the lens opens to 160°.

LEDs with 170° opening also began to be marketed, but the cost was not worth it, as it did not improve performance very much.

Does good price correspond to good quality?

Yes, our products are excellent and selected.
We work on the price thanks to large quantities.
